John Simpson, CEO
Mr. Simpson, the Founder and CEO of CCG, oversees all aspects of the company, including global and national initiatives, vision, strategy, and operations. Prior to founding CCG, Mr. Simpson served as partner at Deloitte, managing a number of the company's Fortune 500 clients.
Mark DaBell, Director, Client Service/Business Development
Mr. DaBell, with over 16 years of public and private accounting experience, serves CCG clients ranging in size from middle market to Fortune 100. He started his career with one of the Big 4 accounting firms in Los Angeles. Prior to joining CCG, he held a senior management position for a Fortune 50 Corporation. Mr. DaBell is a graduate from the University of Utah School of Business.
Mr. DaBell also oversees the company's business development initiatives, including new client acquisition, existing client incentives strategies, channel partnership management, new market assessments, and public relations. He also oversees the company's national sales and marketing team.
David Finley, Director, Client Service/Major Client Acquisitions
Mr. Finley, with over over 20 years of experience in public and private accounting, focuses on serving CCG's Fortune 100 clients. He holds a Masters of Science in Accountancy with Emphasis in Taxation from San Diego State University.
Mr. Finley is also responsible for major account acquisitions—regionally and nationally. He oversees strategic initiatives such as client education, business-to-business sales campaigns, and client incentives forecasting.
Jenny Kim, Director, Client Service
Ms. Kim manages the national client service group. She is also responsible for developing and enhancing the client service platform on a regional and national level.
Ms. Kim has over 11 years of experience in public and private accounting working with Fortune 500 companies. Prior to joining CCG, she worked at a Big 4 accounting firm, specializing in both corporate taxation and tax systems development and implementation. Ms. Kim holds a Bachelors of Science in Business from the Haas School of Business of the University of California, Berkeley.
Andre Scipio, Director, Client Service
Mr. Scipio manages the national client service group. He is also responsible for developing and enhancing the client service platform on a regional and national level.
Mr. Scipio is a CPA with over 14 years of experience in public accounting working with Fortune 500 companies. Prior to joining CCG, he was a tax manager with a Big 4 accounting firm. Mr. Scipio holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and a Masters of Science in Taxation and Bachelor of Science in Accounting from University at Albany.
Heather Smith, Director, Operations
Ms. Smith oversees the company's national operations. She develops the company's operations platforms and creates efficiencies in business delivery—for both CCG and our clients.
Ms. Smith began her career at the Los Angeles offices of the Big 4 and has over 14 years of experience in public and private accounting. She holds a Bachelors of Art in Business Economics with Emphasis in Accounting from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
